Responsible for general accounting activities and light administrative duties for various related party entities, including invoicing, accounts payable, banking duties, bank and account reconciliations, scanning and electronic file organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform the following duties for assigned related entities:
Accounts Payable - compile, classify, record and maintain data and payment records.
Invoicing – compile, compute and record monthly invoices for intercompany leases and transportation services.
Serve as a back up to related entity billing clerk.
Maintain fixed asset schedules.
Responsible for reconciling bank statements of related entities assigned to other General Accountant(s).
Responsible for bank deposits.
Responsible for monthly and annual account reconciliations.
May prepare government reports.
File sales and use tax reports.
Prepare annual 1099s and 1096s.
Prepare property tax reports.
Complete various special projects as assigned including streamlining processes and instituting change.
Other related duties as assigned
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Associate Degree from a two-year college; or 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
